We are looking for a VP of Development in our Brentwood, TN or Atlanta, GA office. This position will oversee the life cycle of technical product development and manage the technical resources in quality assurance and professional services.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
-5+ years experience in the life cycle of technical product development
-5+ years in management in a technical environment.
-Commitment to software development standards and to the quality assurance process.
-Ability to understand business requirements and how they can be met through the application of technology.
-Provide technical direction to staff and establish goals for each employee based on key performance measures.
-Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
